Issue

  • After upgrading to Liferay Quarterly Release 2024.Q1.1, the portal logs are displaying an error related to Commerce:
  • ERROR [SystemExecutorServiceUtil-1][ROOT:47] bundle com.liferay.commerce.price.list.service:4.0.79 (97)[com.liferay.commerce.price.list.service.impl.CommercePriceListLocalServiceImpl(322)] :  Error during instantiation of the implementation object
    ...
    java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com.liferay.expando.kernel.model.ExpandoBridge cannot be found by com.liferay.commerce.price.list.api_26.0.1

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 2024.Q1.1

Resolution

  •  The property module.framework.properties.org.osgi.framework.bootdelegation was updated in Liferay DXP 7.4.
  • Please check your portal-ext.properties file and merge it with the default one.
