Issue
- Asset Publisher and Collection Display do not display the collections correctly.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a Collection
Navigate to Site Builder > Collections > + > Manual Collection > Set a name > Save
Select "Item Type": "Web Content Article" > Select "Item Subtype": "All Subtypes" > Save
2. Set 'Anyone' and add Variation
Click Select > "Web Content 1"
Click 'Add Personalized Variation' > Select the segment
Click Select > "Web Content 2"
3. Prioritize Variation over the Anyone segment
Click on kebab next to Variation created > Prioritize
4. Set Asset Publisher
Go to Site Editor > Add an Asset Publisher fragment
Configure > Set "Asset Selection": "Collection" > Select "Select Collection": Manual Collection > Save
Observed Behavior: The user is seeing "Web Content 1", from the Anyone variation
Expected Behavior: The user should see "Web Content 2", as it belongs to the segment/variation prioritized
This is reproducible with any asset. Also, it is reproducible with the Collections Display fragment.
