フォームエントリーをXLS形式でエクスポートする際に発生するClassNotFoundExceptionについて

問題

  • 再現するための手順
    1. Liferay 7.2 サーバーを起動します。
    2. フォームを作成する。
    3. 作成したフォームをページ上に展開し、送信する。
    4. フォームの設定から「view entries」を選択 > Export. フォーマットXLSを選択します。
    期待される結果 フォームの入力はXLS形式でエクスポートされる必要がある。
    実際の結果 エントリーをエクスポートしている最中。 以下のようなエラーが表示されます。
    java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.commons.math3.util.ArithmeticUtils cannot be found by com.liferay.dynamic.data.mapping.service_5.2.6
 at org.eclipse.osgi.internal.loader.BundleLoader.findClassInternal(BundleLoader.java:508)

  • Liferay DXP 7.2

解決策

  • 観測された動作は、 の既知の問題です。 そして、dxp-9で修正されています。
  • この問題に対してHotfixが必要な場合は、パッチの詳細を添付して、Hotfixをリクエストするサポートチケットを作成してください。
