Issue
- I have an issue with the use of the language selector in a private page. When I try to change the locale using the language selector, I get redirected to a 404 error page.
Reproduction Steps:
- Start 2024.q1.17.
- Enable Private Pages feature from: Control Panel --> Configuration --> System Settings --> Release Feature Flags
- In the default site, go to Site Builder --> Pages, add a private page, and add to it a Language Selector widget.
- View the page and try to select another locale from the language selector.
Expected Result: The language is switched successfully.
Actual Result: I get redirected to a 404 error page.
Environment
- Liferay Quarter Release 2024.q1.17
Resolution
- The case has been fixed by LPD-26175. Kindly upgrade to 2024.q2.3 or request a hotfix.
