LDAP 接続設定に加えた変更が有効にならない

問題

  • コントロール パネル > インスタンス設定 > LDAP > 接続で LDAP 接続設定を変更しても、これらの変更は反映されず、LDAP サーバーへの接続時にデフォルト設定が使用されます。
    • たとえば、 com.sun.jndi.ldap.connect.timeout=900を設定しているにもかかわらず、LDAP 接続をテストするときに、タイムアウトがまだ 500 (デフォルト値) であることが DEBUG ログに表示されます。

  • この動作は LPS-132255で報告され、修正されています。 LPS-132255 を含む新しいホットフィックスを要求するヘルプ センター チケットを作成するか、 フィックス パック 2 (将来のリリース予定) をインストールしてください。
