Categorization option is not visible after upgrade to Liferay 7.3

Issue

  • Navigate to Site Builder -> Pages -> Page Configuration.
  • Categorization option is blank under General tab.

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.3

Resolution

  • The issue is due to below portal property in portal-ext.properties file: 
    jsonws.servlet.hosts.allowed=
  • Please remove this portal property and restart the portal to resolve the issue.
  • In case the issue persists, kindly re-index all search indexes.

Additional Information

  • Above property might have been added for restricting access to jsonws API on previous versions of Liferay.
