Issue
Can I refer to the organization I belonged to in the past when there is a reorganization, name change, or transfer due to a departmental integration?
Environment
Liferay DXP 7.0, Liferay DXP 7.1, Liferay DXP 7.2
Resolution
There is a possible way to Audit the change of affiliation.
When there is a change in the "Organization" of the user information, the "Resource Action:ASSIGN" and "Resource Action:UNASSIGN" audit events are recorded.By checking that record, you can refer to the name of the organization you belonged to in the past.
You can check the audit log from "Control Panel > Settings > Audit".Click the audit log you want to check, and the detail screen will be displayed.
The audit log can also be output to "LIFERAY_HOME/logs" in the format "audit.yyyy-mm-dd.log". Please refer to How to output DXP Audit log to a file for the configuration method.
