Issue

  • Can I refer to the organization I belonged to in the past when there is a reorganization, name change, or transfer due to a departmental integration?

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.0, Liferay DXP 7.1, Liferay DXP 7.2

Resolution

  • There is a possible way to Audit the change of affiliation.
  • When there is a change in the "Organization" of the user information, the "Resource Action:ASSIGN" and "Resource Action:UNASSIGN" audit events are recorded.By checking that record, you can refer to the name of the organization you belonged to in the past.
  • You can check the audit log from "Control Panel > Settings > Audit".Click the audit log you want to check, and the detail screen will be displayed.
  • The audit log can also be output to "LIFERAY_HOME/logs" in the format "audit.yyyy-mm-dd.log".
