Issue

  • Is it possible to copy the current site to the new instance?

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.0, Liferay DXP 7.1

Resolution

  • You can export from "Public > Export" of the site you want to export.
  • You can copy the site by importing it from "Public > Import" in the new instance..
  • Please make sure to match the installed FixPack version to the export source/import destination.
    (If you have applied a hotfix, please include the hotfix version)
  • If the version is different, unexpected problems may occur.
