Issue
- When I change the ID of a previously created Web Content, after Publishing, the ID does not change.
- I have System settings → Web Content → Administration → Journal Article Force Autogenerate ID disabled
Environment
- DXP 7.4
- Quarterly Releases
Resolution
- This is expected behaviour, the above setting only allows the ID to be chosen at the creation of the article.
- The User Interface might be misleading in some versions: the ID field is editable, but the changes are not propagated on Publishing.
