Blog subscription email for blogs added on content page adds wrong re-direct URL

Issue

• Email received by a blog subscriber redirects to a control panel based URL when clicking on "Read More" button.
• Steps to reproduce the issue:
  

  1. Login as Admin (User A) and add a new Content Page.
  2. Add a Blogs portlet to the Content Page.
  3. Add a new user(User B) with Site Membership. Also, make sure user can view blogs and cannot access the control panel.
  4. Login as User B and subscribe to the blogs post.
  5. Login as User A and create a new blog.
  6. User B gets email notification.
  7. Click on "Continue Reading" button and make sure you are logged in as "User B".
  Expected Behavior: User B should be able to see the blogs post.

  Observed Behavior: User B is redirected to a link that needs access to control panel, hence gets error page. Link is similar to: http://localhost:8080/group/guest/~/control_panel/manage?p_p_id=com_liferay_blogs_web_portlet_BlogsAdminPortlet&p_p_lifecycle=0&p_p_state=maximized&_com_liferay_blogs_web_portlet_BlogsAdminPortlet_mvcRenderCommandName=%2Fblogs%2Fview_entry&_com_liferay_blogs_web_portlet_BlogsAdminPortlet_entryId=34366

Environment

• Liferay DXP 7.2
• Liferay DXP 7.3

Resolution

• Issue faced is due to a known bug on Liferay DXP 7.2 and DXP 7.3.
• In case the issue is faced, kindly create a support ticket mentioning LPS-135170.
