  • The following authorization definitions are required

Announcements > Announcements: update
Announcements > Announcements: view

  • When creating an "Announcement", choose one of three scopes.The scope of the impact is as followsA role definition is required for each corresponding scope.

If you select"Common"in the distribution range:
it will appear on all sites.

In the delivery range,specific sitesare selected:
selected sitesonlyare displayed.

If you select a specific role in the delivery range:
it will only be visible to users with the selected role.
