Apply button in OAuth 2 Administration is not working

Issue
- When making changes under OAuth 2 Administration, such as generating a new client secret or editing Client ID, the Apply button may not respond when clicked. When viewing the browser console, you will see:
Uncaught TypeError: component.simulate is not a function
Environment
Resolution
- As a workaround, please do the following:
- Navigate away from the OAuth 2 Administration portlet (e.g. navigate to portal home page)
- Navigate back to the form.
Please note, you will still see the issue if, in step 1, you navigate away from the form to the main OAuth 2 Administration menu and back to the form.
