Issue
- The Analytics option is not available at site level and you cannot configure it.
Resolution
- Go to Instance Configuration > Analytics
- Configure the name of the provider (in this case "google")
- Save changes
- Go to Site Configuration
- Verify that the Analytics option is available at site level
