Analytics Cloud: Can we use events in Segments for aggregated totals?

Issue

  • Regarding the segmentation in events, there is a an event for assets, such as Documents viewed for documents. In order to use that, we have to select the asset to display the analysis.

  • Is there any way where we can display all the assets?

Environment

  • Analytics Cloud

Resolution

  • It has been confirmed by the Product Team that segmentation cannot be used that way.
  • We recommend using the Event Analysis to see the aggregated totals.
  • This way you can analyze the events documentDownload and webContentViewed to see the aggregation totals.
