Issue

After upgrading the environment from GA1 to SP1(fix pack 1) as per the guidelines, the Analytics cloud option is not available in Control Panel > Instance Settings ('Analytics Cloud' does not appear in the UI).

Environment
- Liferay DXP 7.3 GA1 to SP1 (Fix Pack 1)
Resolution
- The observed behavior is a known issue and is fixed by LPS-127275 and LPS-132244
- If the hotfix is required for this issue, please create a support ticket requesting the hotfix by attaching the patch details.
- Installing Fix Packs and Hotfixes on Liferay DXP will guide you to install the Fixpack/Hotfix in your environment.
Additional Information
- Change patching-tool to patching-tool version: 3.0.26
- Install the hotfix
- Clean the portal by clearing up all temp folders
- Start the server

Run
upgrade:execute com.liferay.analytics.settings.webin Gogo shell. - Navigate to Control Panel-> Instance setting-> Analytics Cloud (option)
- Try the above activity in a lower environment first, if all works well, then move to the production environment as per your discretion.
- Perform these operations in application server downtime, because these steps require the restart of the server.
