Issue
- The page editor StrcutreTree is populated based on the fragmentEntryLink content

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a DXP 7.3 server
2. Check Fragment propagation in System Settings > Page Fragments > Propagate Fragment Changes Automatically
3. Deploy the attached fragment collection by putting it in the Deploy folder
4. Put the fragment on the home page
5. All five title attributes of the fragment can be seen
6. Publish the page
7. Deploy the fragment collection again
8. Edit the page
Observed Behavior: An image attribute appears in the list that does nothing
Expected Behavior: That image attribute shouldn't be there
