Issue

When attempting to create a new Web Content and selecting the "Link" option within the "Content" field, if a folder with an active workflow is chosen, the portal restricts the addition of documents to that specific folder.
Resolution
- This is the expected behavior due to the utilization of the item selector when selecting files from a folder that enforces a predefined workflow for new files.
- The uploaded image will remain inaccessible until a reviewer approves it. Allowing the upload of an image that cannot be immediately utilized or selected would be counterintuitive. This is why we restrict adding new images in the item selector if the parent folder has a workflow.
