Issue

We've begun updating to the dxp:2023.q4.4 version and encountered the following error while building the code on the 2023.Q4.4 baseline:

Resolution

The static util class has moved in newer versions as per LPS-188270. Some examples of how the code was updated during that change are found here.

You can either update using the new util or directly obtain a service reference to
ConfigurationProvider similar to BatchEngineExportTaskExecutorImpl.java#L322-L323
