問題

  • DXP 7.3 にアップグレードすると、アップグレード プロセスで次のエラーが発生します。 
    2021-05-12 04:16:12.918 ERROR [main][UpgradeStepRegistratorTracker:144] 
    Failed upgrade process for module com.liferay.analytics.settings.web
com.liferay.portal.kernel.upgrade.UpgradeException: 
    java.lang.NullPointerException: key or value

Environment

  • DXP 7.3

解決策

  • このエラーは LPS-132244で対処されています。 修正を含むホットフィックスを要求するヘルプ センター チケットを作成し、アップグレードを再度実行してください。
  • この動作の回避策 、元の環境に戻り、Analytics 構成を削除し、アップグレードを再実行して、Analytics 構成を再度追加することです。
