ERROR: You have exceeded the maximum number of processor cores allowed for this server

Issue

The customer has two options:
1. Review the Operating System or Virtualization method being used to determine how to reduce the number of available cores.
2. Reach out to your Liferay account representative for assistance with increasing the Instance Sizes that are available for your account.
Feel free to use the following example, tailored to the specific customer:
- Reviewing the [THE ACCOUNT IN QUESTION] account subscription, I see that your team is limited to Sizing 1 licenses/Sizing 2 licenses/Sizing 3 licenses with the current subscriptions, which allows for up to 8/12/16 cores or vCPUs per Instance.
  - If the increase in number of available cores to Liferay was unintended and is not needed, then review the Operating System or Virtualization method being used to determine how to reduce the number of available cores.
    - Please see this article "License Key CPU count on containers" for more info on how to limit the cores used by Liferay.
    - Your team should be able to resume using the original licenses once the core limits are implemented.
  - If the increase in the number of available cores to Liferay is intentional, please reach out to your Liferay account representative for assistance with increasing the Instance Sizes that are available for your account.
    - You can reach out to [THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ACCOUNT] at [THE EMAIL OF THE SALES REP] if you'd like to upgrade your subscription Sizing.
