Issue

  • When an appointment is updated according to the following procedure, the appointment for a specific user is not updated.

    1. User A specifies User B/User C by invitation and creates a schedule
    2. User C specifies "Reject" for the created appointment
    3. If user A is 1. Update your own schedule created at
    4. User B's schedule reflects the update, but User C's schedule remains the same as before the update.

Is it a specification that the schedule of a participant who is "Rejected" is not reflected even if the parent schedule (organizer schedule) is updated?

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.0, Liferay DXP 7.1

Resolution

  • It works as specified. If Liferay's calendar portlet "rejects" an event, it will not perform any further update actions on that event
