Resolution

This functionality can be achieved in the Control Panel:

  1. Navigate to Control Panel > Users and Organizations
  2. Under the Actions drop down menu, click on "Permissions"
  3. In the Permissions page, click on "User"
  4. Navigate through the "Add Permissions" Drop Down Menu and click on "General" under the Portal Section
  5. Uncheck the "Go to Control Panel" Box
