Issue

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Liferay DXP 7.4
2. Navigate to Documents & Media > Upload an image.
3. Click on the uploaded image > info > check the Latest Version URL.
4. Now, reupload another image in the same document.
Expected Behavior: Latest Version URL should point to version 1.1.
Actual Behavior: Latest Version URL points to version 1.0.
Resolution
- The observed behavior is a known bug.
- If a hotfix is required for this issue, please create a support ticket requesting a hotfix by attaching patch details.
