Issue
- JS and CSS files in portlet are loaded only after refreshing a page
Resolution
- Certain elements of the page may require regular navigation to work properly. In these cases, SPA must be disabled for those specific elements. Disabling SPA might help to resolve this case.
- You can disable SPA at these scopes:
1. disable SPA across an entire Liferay DXP instance
2. disable SPA in a portlet
3. disable SPA in individual elements
