Issue
- When users drag a fragment onto the content page, it appears to be edited, even though they aren't editing anything about the fragment.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Add a Content Page
- Place a Paragraph fragment on it and press Publish
- Open the Content Page again for editing
- Double click on the Paragraph to enter its Editor
- Without modifying the text, exit the Editor by clicking outside of the Editor
- Click the History icon (clock image) left of the Publish button
Expected Behavior: There are no new History elements
Actual Behavior: There is a new History element: 'Update Paragraph Editable Values'
Resolution
- The observed behavior is verified as a known issue and is fixed by LPS-142415
- If the hotfix is required for this issue, please create a support ticket requesting the hotfix by attaching the patch details.
