Issue
- While using the new DXP feature called Content Pages, developers and editors might want to add custom layouts to the default list:
Environment
- Liferay DXP 7.0
- Liferay DXP 7.1
- Liferay DXP 7.2
Resolution
- Out of the box, it is not possible to add new custom Layouts on 7.0, 7.1 and 7.2
- As a workaround, you may customize the list at your own discretion starting from
SidebarLayoutsPanel.es.js and SidebarLayoutsPanel.soy
- As of DXP 7.3, it will be possible to create custom Sections or Fragments with drop zones, allowing to contain other Fragments within
