Admin is not able to see any user in droplist to whom the task can be assigned

Issue

  • After applying a 'Single Approval Workflow' on web content. The admin user is not able to assign any task to any other user as the droplist becomes disabled. Web_Content_Issue_image_2.JPG

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.2 

Resolution

  • A 'Regular Role' needs to be assigned for every user to see their name in the 'Assign to' droplist. Roles-Workflowassignee2.png
