Issue
Expected Result:
I expect the Options Button Menu to behave in the following ways:
1. The Screen Reader should read that state of the button (expanded or collapsed)
2. Focus should move to the Export and Import button when the menu is expanded
3. The Screen Reader should announce the correct button to press to activate the menu
Actual Result:
Issue 1: SR is announcing the button as "option button menu". It does not render if it is collapsed or expanded.
Issue 2: When I press the enter key the Keyboard focus does not go to "Export and Import" button.
Issue 3: SR is announces "press space bar to activate the menu", however when I press the space bar the option button does not activate.
Steps to Reproduce:
Tools: JAWS Screen Reader
1. Open the main page of a Liferay environment
2. Navigate to 'Open Navigation Menu' > Control Panel > User Groups
3. Navigate to Option menu button (3 dot Ellipses icon)

- This issue has been addressed in U60
- Please contact Liferay Support to request a hotfix for versions prior to U60
