Become a Publisher
To publish apps or solutions on Marketplace, you need a Liferay account with publisher permissions. Becoming a publisher is free, but you must submit a request with relevant details. To publish solutions, you must also be an existing Liferay partner.
If you haven’t created an account on Marketplace already, visit Liferay Marketplace, open the Account menu, and select Create An Account.
Once you have an account,

Go to Liferay Marketplace and scroll to the footer.

Click Become a Publisher. A new page appears.

Click Request Account.

Fill in your first name, last name, and phone number.

Choose the publisher account type: App Publisher, Solution Publisher, or both.

Enter an email address and a description. If you’re requesting the account on behalf of a business, include the business name.

Click Continue.

Verify the details in the confirmation page and click Request Account.
After you submit the request, a Marketplace administrator reviews your application. If approved, you receive an invitation to join your company’s account as a publisher. If your company doesn’t have one yet, a new account is created.
Only existing partners can request a Solution Publisher account.
Publisher Dashboard
After getting the approval for the publisher account, sign in to Marketplace. Open the Dashboard menu and select Publisher.
This page shows your published apps. To publish a new app, click New App. See Publishing Apps in Marketplace for details.
