Issue

  • If there is a mechanism available in the Liferay portal to encode all the URLs?

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.2

Resolution

  • Liferay DXP 7.2 out of the box includes the Antisamy Module that protects against malicious code that users might create.
  • Liferay DXP uses the AntiSamy sanitizer and any existing configured sanitizers to scrub user input to blogs entries, calendar events, message board posts, wiki pages, and web content articles.
  • Liferay out of the box validates the requested URL parameters.
