Issue
- After upgrading to 7.4 from previous versions or Updates, there is a new /api/liferay/do entry in Tunnel Authentication configuration (Control Panel > System Settings > API authentication > Tunnel Authentication).
- If we already have a custom configuration, after the upgrade, we can see two configurations.
Resolution
- This is the expected behavior, after upgrading and deleting (or emptying) the osgi/state folder, when we start the server, a default configuration for Tunnel Authentication is created.
- To avoid using both configurations (default and custom), we have to edit the default configuration, uncheck Enabled and save the changes.
- This new feature was available since 7.4 U32 (LPS-132259).
