When I click the "Previous" button on checkout, the saved shipping address is not populated

Issue

  • I have an issue with the commerce order. I added a product to the cart. I went to the order page where I provided the shipping address, then clicked "Next. On the checkout page, when they click "Previous", the address is not populated.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Start 2024.q1.2
2. From Control Panel --> Sites --> Sites, add a minium site.
3. On the Site, create an account and add a Product to the cart, and submit it.
4. On the checkout page, add a shipping address, and click next.
5. Now click the "Previous" button.

Actual Result: On the Checkout Page, the address is not populated.

Expected Result: On the checkout page, the address should be displayed as it was saved.

Environment

  • Liferay Quarterly Release 2024.q1.2

Resolution

  • The case has been addressed and fixed by LPD-26213 and LPD-24533. Kindly upgrade to 2024.q3.0+ or request a hotfix.
