Issue

  • Due to the migration processes of the Liferay systems, certain links for official Fix Pack releases could be outdated and are no longer accessible.

Environment

  • Starting from Liferay Portal 5.2 to Liferay DXP 7.2 all official Fix Pack releases are available in HelpCenter.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to https://help.liferay.com/hc/en-us, logging to HelpCenter
  2. Select the desired Liferay version --> Downloads --> Fix Packs
  3. Here you can find all the official Patches by selecting the Product and Fix Pack as the file type
