Issue
Is it possible to control file upload permissions in "Documents and Media" by role?
Environment
Liferay DXP 7.0, Liferay DXP 7.1, Liferay DXP 7.2
Resolution
"Adding content on the Documents and Media portlet is done on a folder-by-folder basis.
Navigate to content > Documents and Media in the product menu on the left and adjust Home Folder Permissions in the options menu > at the top right.
With the default settings, file uploads for "Documents and Media" work as follows. ・ "Guest" user：files cannot be uploaded ・ "User" user who does not belong to the site：files cannot be uploaded ・ "Site Member" user who belongs to the site：files Uploadable
