Issue
Some content is not displayed in documents and media
Document and media features via DDL will show content

Liferay Portal 6.2
solution
This may occur if you have changed the root folder in Documents and Media in the Control Panel
From documents and media via DDL, the contents of the default root are displayed
Check that the root folder settings for documents and media have not been changed
In Liferay DXP the root folder cannot be changed in Documents and Media in the control panel.Changes can be made on the document and media portlets
