Issue

  • Added users under the organization
  • The user who performs "Add User" does not have the authority to change roles, but can control the roles of the added user

Environment

  • DXP 7.2

solution

  • If the user in question is theowner of theorganization, being able to control roles is the expected behavior
  • Check if the user does not have "Organization Owner" privileges for the organization, and remove them if they are not needed.

Additional Information

  • When a user creates an organization, that user automatically has owner rights (Organization Owner) to the organization he/she created.
