Issue
- Is it possible to disable birthday and gender fields from user profile?
Environment
- Liferay Portal 6.2
- Liferay DXP 7.x
Resolution
- On Portal 6.2, go to Admin > Control Panel > Configuration > Users > Fields , and uncheck:
- Enable Birthday
- Enable Gender
- On DXP 7.x, go to Control Panel > Configuration > Instance Settings > Users > Fields , and uncheck:
- Enable Birthday
- Enable Gender
