Issue

  • Media files published using the Media Gallery Widget are not being tracked by the Analytics Cloud

Environment

  • Liferay DXP
  • Analytics Cloud

Resolution

  • This is the intended behaviour. The widget Media Gallery is not tracked out-of-the-box. 

Additional Information

  • You can treat the Widget as a custom asset and track it by following this documentation. It is important to mention that this is considered a custom development.
