Issue
- Every user is getting a notification in the OOTB Single Approval Workflow, even though the specific user has been modified in 'Assignments'.

Additional Information
- Go to Applications > Process Builder
- Select the Single Approver workflow and edit it
- Select the 'review' node
- On the left-hand window, click Assignments
- Modify the notification as per requirements.
