Issue

Steps to Reproduce
1. Extracted a clean DXP SP6
2. Created Site 'A' having Document and Media Portlet.
3. Created a folder called 'Sample' in Document and Media Portlet.
4. Uploaded around 10000 documents in the Sample folder. (you can use Dummy Data Factory plugin to create 10000 documents)
5. Created a role called 'SampleView'.
6. From Admin user, navigated to Site Administration-> Content-> Document and Media-> Sample Folder-> Clicked on Ellipsis-> permissions.
7. In Permissions-> checkbox 'view' permission to 'SampleView' role-> Save it.
8. You will observe it is taking a lot of time to get saved.
9. However, other permissions get saved immediately. The issue is only with 'view' permission.

- Liferay DXP 7.0
- Liferay DXP 7.1
- Liferay DXP 7.2
Resolution
- This is a known issue. Please create a support ticket for this issue. Our support team will provide the fix for the same.
