Issue

In Liferay DXP 7.3, DLFileRank modules are not available (document-library-file-rank-api, document-library-file-rank-service).

Environment

DXP 7.3

Resolution

These modules have been archived in version 7.3. Therefore, these modules are not covered by support.
Yet, if you need to keep these modules available, there are 2 options:
1. Download the source code from the archive folder in the repository. Then compile and deploy the modules.
2. Download the modules from Nexus Repository Manager and deploy them (see Installing Archived Modules From Liferay's Public Repository).
