Issue
- After upgrading from 6.2 to 7.3, when accessing the Control Panel Data Migration tab, the page is unavailable, and an Oracle specific error like the following is thrown:
ERROR [http-nio-8080-exec-12][JDBCExceptionReporter:234] ORA-00932: inconsistent datatypes: expected - got CLOB_ [Sanitized]
ERROR [http-nio-8080-exec-12][BaseConvertProcess:134] Unable to include JSP /edit_document_library_extra_settings.jsp
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: com.liferay.portal.kernel.exception.SystemException: com.liferay.portal.kernel.dao.orm.ORMException: org.hibernate.exception.SQLGrammarException: could not execute query
Resolution
- Please create a new support ticket requesting the following fix: LPS-137112
