I cannot export Liferay Portal users

Issue

  • When I try to export the portal users, the process fails and the portal displays the error "This site cannot be accessed".
  • The portal log shows the following errors:
     
    ERROR [default task-97][ExportUsersMVCResourceCommand:100] com.liferay.portal.kernel.exception.SystemException: com.liferay.portal.kernel.exception.NoSuchUserException: No User exists with the primary key 286274223

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.0

Resolution

  • This error occurs when a user is deleted while the export operation is in progress.
  • Please, request a Hotfix with the LPS-127789 to resolve the issue.
