External editor fails to open with Office 365

Issue
- When using Firefox and trying to click the menu option "Edit with Office 365" in DXP 7.2, the external editor may fail to open.
Resolution

The reason for this behavior is due to a pop-up blocker that comes bundled with Firefox. This pop-up blocker prevents the Office 365 editor page from being opened.
In Firefox, go to Settings > Privacy & Security and uncheck the "Block pop-up windows" checkbox (underneath the Permissions section). Please also verify there are no additional pop-up blockers installed on the browser.
