Commerce Orders are not visible to users with view permissions

Issue

• When view permissions are assigned to users to see the commerce orders with a custom role. But, when login users are unable to see the orders.
• Steps to reproduce.
  1. Create Minium Site( With Admin User)
  2. Go to Catalog Page and place an order.
  3. Go to the order section under order management. The order which we have placed is visible now.
  4. Create one role named "IT Admin".
  5. Assign permissions for viewing commerce orders.
  6.  Create one user named "IT" and assign the IT Admin role.
  7. Login with IT user.
  8. Go to the order section, the orders are not visible.
  
  Expected Behavior: The order must be visible to users with view permissions.
  Observed Behavior: The order is not visible to users with view permissions.
  

Environment

• Liferay DXP 7.3
• Commerce 3.0

Resolution

• In order to see the commerce orders by other users, we need to add/allow two more permissions in a custom role.
• Go to General Permissions and click on Portal: Manage All Accounts permission and also provide channel view permission Channels > Commerce Channel: View
  
• By assigning these permissions, orders should be visible to users.
