Issue
- While duplicating the product, the name provided by the user is not saving instead it is taking the default one i.e. [Copy of +"Product Name"]
- Steps to reproduce
1. Navigate to Products under Product Management.
2. Open any existing product or create one.
3. Duplicate the product, provide any name of your choice.
4. Save the product.
5. Notice it is not taking the name which is provided by a user.
Expected Behavior: Duplicate product must be created with the name which is provided by a user.
Observed Behavior: Duplicate product is not taking the name which is provided by a user.
Environment
- Liferay DXP 7.3
- Commerce 3.0
Resolution
- The observed behavior is a known issue/bug.
- If the hotfix is required for this issue, please create a support ticket requesting hotfix by attaching patch details.
