Localized Friendly URLs are not exported/imported properly.

Issue

  • Reproduction steps:

    0.) Use a vanilla bundle with the latest fix pack.
    1.) Create site1.
    2.) Create a Web Content "test" (the name is important) with the following localized Friendly URLs:

    • en-US: "aaa"
    • hu-HU: "bbb"

    3.) Export the site and save the .lar for later usage.
    4.) Delete site1 and create site2.
    5.) Import the .lar to site2.
    6.) Verify the article in Content → Web Content. Edit it and check the Friendly URLs.

    Actual result: The en-US friendly-URL is correct. The hu-HU friendly-URL is changed from bbb to 'test'.

    Expected result: The two Friendly URLs shouldn't be changed.

  • Liferay DXP 7.2
  • Liferay DXP 7.1

Resolution

  • The observed behavior is a known issue and is fixed in liferay-fix-pack-dxp-2 for 7.2.
  • The observed behavior is a known issue and is fixed in liferay-fix-pack-dxp-18 for 7.1.
  • If the hotfix is required for this issue, please create a support ticket requesting hotfix by attaching patch details.
  • Installing Fix Packs and Hotfixes on Liferay DXP will guide to install these Fixpack in your environment.
