The timestamp parameter in the document URL has not been changed

Issue

• When Web Content is published, the document URL timestamp parameter in download links is not changed
• Steps to reproduce:
  1. Upload a normal text document to the document library, check the download link for this document and take a note of the timestamp in the download-URL
  2. Navigate to 'Content & Data' -> 'Web Content' and add a basic web content
  3. Add a text, mark the text and add a link to the previously added text document in the document library via 'select item dialog'
  4. Publish the web content
  5. Open the preview of the web content and compare the timestamp in the URL with the timestamp of the download-URL - they are the same
  6. Navigate to the document library
  7. Edit the previously uploaded text document and upload a new text file, check the download link for this document and take a note of the timestamp in the download-URL - it has changed to a newer timestamp (parameter t)
  8. Open the preview of the previously created web content and again take a note of the document link
  Expected Behavior: The timestamp is the new one
  Observed Behavior: The timestamp is still the old one

• Liferay DXP 7.2
• Liferay DXP 7.3
• Liferay DXP 7.4

Resolution

• The observed behavior is a known issue that has been addressed in the following DXP versions.
  
  • Liferay 7.2 fix-pack-17 (SP6)
    Liferay 7.3 SP3
    Liferay 7.4 U1
