Issue

  • Getting below error in logs while integrating Google Cloud Storage with Liferay:
    [xyz].gserviceaccount.com does not have storage.buckets.get access to [bucket-name]

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.3
  • Liferay DXP 7.4

Resolution

  • Issue comes when storage.buckets.getaccess permission is not in service account of Google Cloud.
  • User needs to navigate to IAM and add a role that provides storage.buckets.getaccess permission.
