Issue
- I checked the Update Page Content permission for a role, from the page permissions management, and the user who is assigned to this role, cannot edit web content within that page.

Resolution
- The Update Page Content permission applies to content pages, allowing users to edit fragment contents such as Heading, Paragraph, etc.
This permission does not apply to web contents, web contents have their own permissions within the scope of the site.
